JT's Pub and Grub

They have good broasted chicken, which is what we went for on a Monday. However, they were out of the chicken breasts that day. We wouldn't go back on a Monday as they're closed on Sundays. The lettuce served for the salads was brown and felt this was left over from the weekend. The $5 Long Islands were very weak. They do make good pizzas.

This place had terrible customer service. I was there this past weekend for the Big Ten Championship game. I just wanted to watch UofM beat Iowa, but that was not the case on this day. I arrived right at the start of the 3rd quarter because I had to work late. I was hoping to be able to catch the second half and enjoy some food and drinks. That was not the case on this night. I had just ordered my drink and was about to order my food, when the waitress came to my table and told me that they were closing early... Mind you 75% of the tables were full and there were plenty of people sitting at the bar. I was told that it was already last call and there was still 7 min left in the 3rd quarter. I know that this is just a hole in the wall bar but this was the Big Ten Conference Championship! Before the 4th quarter started they were already cashing everyone out and turning off lights and pushing everyone out. I was able to stay until about 5min left in the 4th quarter but was quickly pushed outside. The manager was the one pushing everyone to get out stating that they did not want to be there anymore. I will never be returning to this place. Ever since the restaurant has changed hands and new leadership has taken over it is not being run properly. If I could rate this place 0 out of 5 I would... Very sad...
